Fees & Insurance
Fees at the Connections Clinic are based on recommendations from our professional associations. Accepted forms of payment include email money transfer (EMT) and credit card. You will be issued a receipt to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement and tax purposes. Note that we do not offer direct billing at this time.

All services are billed at $235/hr. This fee for service has been recommended from our professional psychology association.

Clients can self-refer for services. However, please check with your insurance provider regarding coverage requirements, as some insurance companies require a referral from a physician for reimbursement purposes.
Pricing Information
Initial Consultation | $235/hr.

1 hour intake interview to gather a detailed history and to understand the client's presenting concerns

For assessment services: Discussion of the type of assessment required to answer the referral question

For therapy services: Discussion of initial steps of a treatment plan
Child/Adolescent Therapy Services or Parenting Support Session | $235/hr.

Child/youth sessions aim to help your child better understand and process their thoughts and feelings

Child/youth sessions can also consist of direct skill teaching and problem solving

Psychologist will work with you/your child to determine the best approach to intervention based on their goals and needs

Parenting support sessions can include discussion of emotion coaching, co-regulation, and/or behaviour management strategies to aid parents in better understanding and supporting their child
Child/Adolescent ADHD Assessment | $2100-$2400

Child/Adolescent Psychoeducational Assessment | $2800-$3200

Parent and teacher questionnaires (and sometimes child self-report questionnaires) assessing child's social, emotional, and behavioural functioning (this can include assessing of ADHD related symptoms and executive functioning and/or anxiety/mood symptoms)

Note:

Time used to complete documentation, consult notes or letters (e.g., completion of the Canada Disability Tax Credit, consult note for medical professional, letter for school staff, etc.) will be billed in 15-minute intervals at $235/hr.
